Segment 2 Students:  On your first night of class, please bring in:

1. Payment of class fee.  (Fee is $55.00)

2. Your Level One Learner’s License (This must be 3 months old)

3. Your Driving Log (at least 30 hrs./2 night hrs.)

(Please fill the registration forms in completely with proper punctuation/format. Incomplete entries will result in having to fill the form out again at the first class. Thank you for your understanding.)
